Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped

International shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping.

FREE shipping option available for all orders over 200 CHF.

Shipping costs for orders under 200 CHF are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are due once a shipment reaches your destination country. The supplier is not responsible for these charges, should they apply, and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hc.pohs-cbm@tkatnok stating your name and order number and we will make sure you receive it as soon as possible.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost.

If your order is damaged in any way when it arrives, please email us as soon as possible at hc.pohs-cbm@tkatnok with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Withdrawal policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its label and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hc.pohs-cbm@tkatnok. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can properly evaluate and handle the issue.

Exceptions/disposable items

Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return.

Exchanges

You can make a request within 30 days after shipment as to whether we can exchange the item. This requires the items in question to be marked accordingly on the proof of purchase/invoice. No exchanges are possible if the original packaging is no longer present, the item is damaged or the proof of purchase/invoice is no longer available.

Exchanges are made as a gesture of goodwill; the customer must bear the costs for the return. Differential amounts may be refunded as a credit note to the customer account

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return and have reviewed it and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
